US Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time (United States)
Standard shipping within the United States takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over $75.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will refund the cost of the items only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.

Shipping Availability
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be available in the future.

International Shipping Policy

At Empower, we proudly ship worldwide so our hijab collections can reach you wherever you are.

Please note that all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and additional fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. While we do our best to help minimize these costs, we cannot guarantee specific customs charges.

• Economy International Shipping: 20–30+ business days
• Express International Shipping: 3–5 business days

Canada Shipping

We happily ship across Canada.

Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

 All additional taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do, however, do our best to minimize your costs upon arrival to your country.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If an international package is refused, abandoned, or left unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees or taxes, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred, including return shipping costs.

Refunds will only be processed once the package is successfully returned to us or officially declared lost by the shipping carrier.
