We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.

Items that show signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Return Address
Returns should be sent to our location in Houston, Texas, USA. Full return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Incorrect Address or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will refund the cost of the items only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the United States takes approximately 5–7 business days. International shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.
